The Science

Why Running Works

Two Mile Tango is built on a robust body of research linking daily aerobic exercise to measurable improvements in individual outcomes. We're not guessing — we're applying what science has known for decades.

Partner With Us

Community, Legislative, and Running Partners

Two Mile Tango works alongside schools, districts, legislators, and community organizations to embed mental health curriculum into the fabric of California education. We're actively seeking district partners, representatives, and running club presidents.

Help Us Reach All 52 Districts

We're 1 district in. 51 to go. Every donation funds mental health and cognitive behavioral tools in middle and high schools across California.
